Well spotted Hugh. Indeed Moodys press release did not mention the redundancies their ‘business move’ would entail and yet that confirms the positioning of the group since the acquisition of VigeoEiris.
I worked in the systems of that business unit for a year and a half and was cut just before the first big layoff. Moodys wasted a lot of good people's time and their money on careening & incoherent product development in that unit after buying V-E.

Thanks for the note Hugh. To complement your list, November 2022 Moody's had closed the (ex Vigeo Eiris) Chile site with around 25 ESG professionals.
